Welcome to mb66. This platform is operated and governed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this document. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mb66 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions.

MB66 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. To register and use the mb66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are not listed on any betting or casino blacklist enforced by a relevant authority.
• You are not currently under any self-imposed or mb66-imposed self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

• You must not use automated software, bots, or any other unfair means to play on the MB66 platform.

MB66 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend the account of any player who fails to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at MB66. Owning more than one account — whether in your own name, using another person's details, or through different devices or IP addresses — is a serious violation that may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an MB66 account, you agree to:

• Providing your full legal name exactly as it appears on your identity card or passport.
• Use an active, reachable Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
• Providing a valid, active email address that you own and control.
• Keep your account password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify MB66 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Mb66 will use the information you provide during registration for identity verification purposes when processing withdrawals. Players who are unable to verify their identity may experience delays or have their withdrawal declined.

MB66 supports a wide range of Malaysian digital payment methods for players' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. The following deposit and withdrawal methods are accepted at MB66:

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and RM100,000 for VIP accounts. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes once the request has been approved by the mb66 finance team.

MB66 is not liable for any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. Should any transaction issue arise, please contact the MB66 support team with proof of the transaction for reprocessing.

• Validity Period: Every bonus has a validity period that must be met. Bonuses not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

Mb66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or attempts to hack the system.
• Failure to verify identity within the timeframe set by mb66.
• Holding more than one account on the mb66 platform.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player for responsible gaming reasons.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.

If your account is suspended due to fraud or a breach of terms, all account balances may be forfeited. If the suspension is for another reason (such as a pending identity verification), your balance will be returned once the matter is resolved. Players who are dissatisfied with a suspension decision may submit an appeal through MB66's support channels.

Mb66 makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption at all times. However, there are certain circumstances beyond our control. mb66 will not be held liable for:

• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, internet outages, or infrastructure failures on the part of third-party providers.
• Winnings that cannot be credited due to unforeseen technical issues — in such cases, mb66 will restore the player's original wagering balance.

MB66's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit into your MB66 account.
